Job Responsibility

  • Prospecting & growing new clients in the B2B & B2C commerce market
  • Mostly spending the time outdoor closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends for actionable insights, continuously improving marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and leverage data analytics to guide decision-making
  • Formulate creative sales strategy to gain new business prospects and maximizing growth within the existing customer base
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Understand and define customersâ needs, to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Eager and self-driven to spearhead the expansion of the company with the introduction of sales and clients
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time as required by the management

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in business development and door-to-door sales within the logistics or e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) and negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin besides English & BM is a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Willing to travel within Klang & Shah Alam (fuel allowance given)
