Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base within the car battery service sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C channels.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our car battery products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and provide technical information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating terms and conditions.
- Provide after-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the companyâs RM system.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or car battery industry.
- Strong knowledge of car battery products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel as required.
