  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Planner Operation) for Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturer.

Work location: Larkin

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the company's Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target.
  • Coordinate customer demand loading and work with the scheduler to align internal plans with customer shipment schedules.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess demand waterfalls based on customer demand trends.
  • Continuously enhance organizational skills, including task prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Support the factory in reviewing material availability and capacity constraints.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Department Manager on material status, inventory levels, quality and delivery, safety issues, and cost savings.
  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction, while meeting individual and departmental objectives.
  • Reduce excess and aging inventory within the factory.
  • Assist the finance team in securing on-time payments from customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Supply Chain activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
