Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Ticketing Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling tickets for various events, including concerts, sports, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Sales: Actively sell tickets to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering ticketing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop competitive ticketing packages.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ticket sales through various platforms, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with event organizers and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell premium seating, VIP packages, and other add-ons to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in ticketing or the events industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ticketing software or CRM systems.
  • Passion for events, entertainment, and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
