Job Responsibilities :
The Payments Solutioning Intern will support the Payments Solution Manager in managing and optimizing payment systems, integrations, and user journeys across multiple payment providers globally. This internship provides hands-on experience with payment solution design, integration testing, and monitoring of key metrics to enhance payment performance and user experience.The Payments Solutioning Intern will support the Payments Solution Manager in managing and optimizing payment systems, integrations, and user journeys across multiple payment providers globally. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the process of integration and testing of new payment channels, ensuring seamless setup and functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment flows, reducing friction and improving success rates.
- Analyze payment performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for payment-related issues and errors.
- Document payment processes and integration details to support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Conduct research on emerging payment trends and technologies to enhance the payment solutions roadmap.
Pre-Requisites :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of payment systems, APIs, and payment gateways is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in payment technologies and fintech.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
