Tasks & responsibilities
- Member of Lead for equipment mechanical matter to hydraulic system and pneumatic system.
- Support to maximize equipment mechanical efficiency and safe operation.
- Troubleshooting to mechanical & facilities problem.
- Execute Time base and Condition base maintenance according to plan.
- Support recovery activities in case of major equipment breakdown.
- Report equipment and safety irregular/ emergency issue timely to immediate superior.
- To assist superior to do installation and setup plant and machinery.
- To assist or supervise contractor service work and equipment modification works.
- To assist engineer in daily shift duties routine works.
- To assist engineer in machines break down repair, service and trouble shoot all the plant machinery and facilities equipment.
- To do routine preventive maintenance on all plant machinery.
- To assist Supervisor in daily inspection, calibration and testing equipment.
- To do daily inspection and records of equipment conditions.
- Able to work in longer hours with under pressure which have to performed on Public Holiday when there is schedule plan to run production & or to carry out schedule plan on Total Preventive Maintenance(TPM) as pre-plan by departmental head.
- Even when there is Festival celebration, individual concern has to take leave/ rest day by rotating and subject to departmental approval.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications & experience
- Preferable SPVM, Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 year working experience in similar field.
- Good knowledge in repaired and troubleshooting plant & machinery.
- To read and understand simple engineering drawing and electrical circuits diagrams.
- Know about simple mathematics.
