TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

1. To perform rectification and troubleshooting on mechanical ( Auto striping and Layering ).

2. To perform maintenance and repair on mechanical ( Auto Stripping and Layering Area)

3. To perform modification, upgrading, installation and fabrication for plant and machinery.

4. To execute preventive daily, weekly, monthly, and annually checklist.

5. To track daily downtime and feedback to engineer.

6. To ensure all Malaysian safety regulations are closely observed and followed.

7. To monitor plant utilities and facilities system.

8. To taking care of hand tools and spare parts.

9. To maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.

10. Must be able to work on shift rotation and able to be on standby whenever required.

11. To react fast on any emergency case to reduce the downtime that affects the productivity

12. Willing to sacrifice include work overtime in case of emergency.

13. Other assigned duties by the superior and management.

A. Qualification & Experience

1. A Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent from accredited university or college.

2. Experience in mechanical, civil, automotive, facilities, fabrication, maintenance, and repair.

3. Experience more than 3 years working as maintenance technician.

B. Other Personal Capabilities

1. Able to communicate with supervisor and Manager.

2. Able to follow instructions.

3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

4. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

5. Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
