Position Overview:

The Lecturer in Radiology teaches medical students and residents about radiology, conducts research, and supervises clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching Duties:

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions on imaging techniques (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound).
  • Create and update course materials and assessments.
  • Supervise students during clinical rotations in radiology.
  • Evaluate students through exams and practical assessments.

2. Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Guide junior doctors and students in clinical settings.

3. Research Activities:

  • Conduct research in radiology and publish findings.
  • Develop research proposals and seek funding.
  • Supervise postgraduate research projects.

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
  • Serve on committees related to education and research.
  • Assist in recruiting and mentoring new faculty.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote radiology awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with specialization in Radiology.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in radiology and teaching.
  • Research and publication experience in the field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
