- To assist the Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge to train, coach, lead and motivate the Concierge Team towards excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.
- To assist Superior with the arrangement of the daily Concierge Team schedule and task and be involved with the daily Concierge activities.
- To collect feedback and response from guests and to update Superior of the information and to plan on improvement or upkeep the service.
- To ensure all documents, billings and reports are filed accordingly.
- To ensures everyone in the Concierge Team is knowledgeable about hotel facilities, updated on latest activities, promotions and happenings in the hotel/city and be able to provide accurate information to guests.
- To ensure constant sufficient supply and availability of printed materials such as brochures, stationary and all operating equipment are in good order to run the day to day operations.
- To ensure all services involving luggage, messages, parcels, etc. are handled, delivered, retrieved or stored efficiently by the Concierge Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
