  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Business Consultant with a strong background in both Project Management and Business Development. This role will involve overseeing and driving the successful delivery of IT projects, including software development, Business Intelligence (BI), system integration, and AI-related initiatives. Responsibilities

Strategic IT Project Planning & Management:

  • Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects, covering software development, BI platforms, system integrations, and AI components, ensuring projects meet business objectives.
  • Align IT strategies with business development plans, identifying areas for technology integration to support expansion and business goals.
  • Evaluate and design seamless user experiences and effective user journeys, considering opportunities for AI application and integration.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Business Development & Strategic IT Consultancy:

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify potential business opportunities and leverage technology to create competitive advantages.
  • Analyze emerging trends in technology, especially in AI and BI, and recommend strategic investments that could enhance business growth.
  • Provide technical expertise in crafting business development strategies, defining project scope, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure transparent communication and alignment on project strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive discussions with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions that align with both business and technical requirements.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

  • Oversee quality assurance for all deliverables, proactively identifying risks, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all projects, especially those involving sensitive data or AI technologies.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track project expenses.
  • Optimize project costs by identifying areas where automation or new technologies can drive efficiency and value.

Documentation, Training, & Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure that all project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, including user manuals, project plans, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions to support the successful adoption of new systems, features, and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Planning within an IT context.
  • Strong understanding of AI and BI technologies and how they can be applied to drive business growth.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to advocate and instill a habit of constant communication with the team and stakeholders
