Job Description

1. Research and identify new business opportunities globally and develop a sales funnel

2. Reach out to appropriate contacts from clients acquired by self or marketing campaigns

3. Manage the sales process for assigned customer accounts (Malaysia-based and global), both import and export, and achieving & exceeding growth, customer onboarding, and weekly/monthly sales targets

4. Have an understanding of the local market dynamics, trends, and competition

5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture underserved segments of the market

6. Effective communicator with the ability to relate to local partners while also working with partners across Asia

7. Provides on-the-ground support for teamwork

8. Proactively share and identify unmet needs, gaps, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers, internal stakeholders, and our product

9. Forecast accurately and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times

10. Provide constructive feedback and after-sales support

11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

12. Ad hoc assigned duties and projects by the management
