Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and standards for the entire logistics process, end-to-end coverage to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and adequacy of policies.
Conducted audits of employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, while maintaining positive customer and agency relations.
Organize and execute internal audits for drivers, focusing on proof of delivery, proof of pickup, return to seller, and SOP non-compliance.
Design and develop the process flow of reporting lines for disciplinary actions, establishing clear channels for reporting and resolution.
Organized and conducted training and briefing sessions for various teams on new guidelines, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.
Responsible for damaged parcels and lost parcels: standard, fine and incentives.
Administer and reporting damaged parcels and lost parcels’ data.
Analyze the rate and minimize the risk.
Ensure the policies, standards and workflow carried out efficiently.

Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in related background (Quality Management, Supply Chain & Logistic) is preferred
Fresh graduate also is encouraged to apply!
Preferably logistics supply chain business products and system products, understand warehousing and distribution business scenarios.
Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.
