Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts
Cash in and cash out checking for daily and weekly.
Performing transaction Key in and checking.
Preparing documents for management account (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of accounts
Monitor bank balance, cash flow position and fund placement
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Answering queries and provide solution.
Execute direct task from superior.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bank and company secretary

Degree in Accounting/Finance or other accounting related fields.
Minimum requirement of capability in reviewing Full Set of Accounting (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet); capable of working with Full Set of Accounting is also desired.
Strong in double entry.
3 – 4 years of working experience.
Familiar with Excel (Lookup Features), Word, Power point, SQL and relevant accounting system (Auto count, UBS, etc.)
Capable to work independently with little supervisory.
Good command of spoken & written in English & Malay.
Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skills and committed to meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and has an organized working attitude.
