Job Description
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT and data center facilities to support organizational needs.
- Install, configure, and continuously monitor IT systems to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Oversee data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity, availability, and efficient utilization of storage resources.
- Conduct regular data backups and manage restoration processes to safeguard against data loss.
- Enhance system security by applying necessary updates, patches, and configuration adjustments.
- Optimize system settings and resources to ensure applications run efficiently and reliably.
- Manage user identities, authentication credentials, and firewall settings to maintain secure access control.
- Be available on a rotating schedule to provide around-the-clock support and address critical issues as they arise.
- Maintain and support servers and applications to ensure they function correctly and meet user needs.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written
