Our client is a boutique hotel chain with operations in Tokyo and Hokkaido, Japan, offering approximately 800 rooms. They are currently seeking a visionary CEO fluent in English and Chinese to lead their business operations and inspire their team.

Responsibilities:

International Expansion and Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate on international expansion and marketing strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop long-term plans for the company's global hospitality portfolio, emphasizing brand positioning, market penetration, and operational effectiveness.

Service Innovation:

  • Identify and implement cutting-edge service concepts and technologies to elevate guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate sustainable practices into service delivery, reflecting the company's commitment to eco-friendly operations.

Marketing and Communication:

  • Direct and coordinate all marketing and communication activities to enhance the hotel's positioning, publicity, and revenue generation.
  • Lead marketing and promotional planning, including PR, digital media strategies, and collaborations with luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Formulate public relations strategies, maintain media relationships, and manage 3rd party agencies to promote positive publicity.

Brand Management:

  • Strengthen and expand luxury hospitality brands in key international markets, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Develop marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and global market share.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 10 years of hospitality industry experience
  • Proven track record in leading international operations and expanding hospitality brands globally, especially in Belt & Road countries.
  • Proficiency in channel sales management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric practices in hospitality.
  • Strong background in international marketing with a successful history of developing and implementing global marketing strategies.
