Project Analyst, Product Management, Virtual Banking & Payments

•Responsible to execute and implement projects and enhancements for Virtual Banking channels, products and services in accordance to SDLC and of good of quality, within timeline and budget.

•Study, consolidate and document user requirements from various parties into user requirement specification.

•Ensure compliance to :

-QM’s project implementation SDLC.

-IT Security Policies.

-Risk Management Policies.

•To manage and perform comprehensive testing on products and services prior to cut-over.

•Able to prepare test script, test plan and test data preparation for testing.

•Prepare comprehensive documentation and proper filing.

•Conduct product training and briefing to equip MGCC team with sufficient knowledge to assist customers.

•Communicate constantly with MGCC on product updated to assist them to resolve customer calls.

•Schedule meetings and taking minutes for all project related meetings and ensure timely dispatch of minutes to all stakeholders.

•Manage and support production issues.

•Able to plan and strategize product analytics and obtain data to drive product improvements.

•Able to work in a cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.

•Able to manage time, prioritization of tasks and work under pressure.

•Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.

•Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

•To manage multiple projects and enhancement at one go with strict timelines / delivery as well as handling operational and system-related issues with technical and relevant teams.

•To manage and capture multiple requirements from various countries / regional /Overseas Units.
