  • Responsible for the general administrative duties such as handling of documentations, data entry and etc.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and preparing collection reports.
  • Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping.
  • Assist in office general accounts, admin and operation.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint. Familiar with SQL accounting system would be added advantages.
  • Must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technically sound and competent.
  • Computer literate and experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.
  • Relevant working experience will be added advantage
