Overview:We are seeking a Mobile Release Manager to oversee and manage the release of our mobile applications across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth release process, managing version control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely app updates. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mobile development cycles, app store guidelines, and the ability to manage app deployments efficiently.Key Responsibilities:App Deployment & Submission:- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of releasing mobile apps and updates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Ensure that mobile applications meet platform-specific guidelines and requirements before submission.
- Handle the preparation of metadata, screenshots, and release notes for app submissions.
Release Management:- Oversee version control and manage release cycles, ensuring timely and smooth deployment of new features and updates.
- Monitor and address issues during app deployment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Track app approval processes and resolve any issues or rejections from app store submissions.
Collaboration:- Work closely with development teams, product managers, QA, and marketing to coordinate app launches.
- Ensure that all necessary stakeholders are informed about release timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the release of beta builds.
Monitoring & Reporting:- Monitor app performance post-release, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), crash reports, and user feedback.
- Provide regular updates and reports on app store performance, release progress, and any roadblocks encountered.
Continuous Improvement:- Implement strategies to streamline the release process, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on changes to app store policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.
