  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What Will You Do?

  • Account Management: Serve as liaisons between ADA Malaysia and our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Strategy: Support the implementation of social/digital communication strategies and execution of comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs
  • Content Planning: Support with creative briefing, copywriting, localization ideation
  • Community/Platform Management: Support the team with managing clients’ social platforms. Manage and oversee various social media accounts and monitor relevant online conversations and respond appropriately
  • Insights/Reporting: Assist to conduct qualitative competitive analysis on clients and competitors’ social activity. Combine monthly reports to analyze social media presence of brands, determine the efficacy of strategy and identify areas for improvement

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/related field or experience in a research capacity
  • Interested in managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms for brands
  • Intellectual curiosity and thirst for innovation in the social media realm
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Good attention to detail, and ability to show initiative and work independently
