Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries of graphene production and application! As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our pilot plant and scaling up production activities. Your contributions will be crucial in optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and driving innovation in our graphene production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct research and development tasks to enhance pilot plant and production scaling activities.

· Perform material analysis using advanced techniques such as XRD, XRF, Raman, EIS, and LCR.

· Conduct simulations and analyze system performance to drive improvements.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility of product applications.

· Identify and solve chemical and mass balance equations to optimize graphene production.

· Improve existing graphene production processes for efficiency and quality.

· Implement quality control procedures to maintain industry standards for graphene products.

· Prepare technical presentations, reports, and documentation on a weekly basis.

· Conduct testing and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability.

· Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on all operational equipment.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Engineering or related fields.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering design and development; fresh graduates are welcomed.

· Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, ASPEN HYSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB/Simulink.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
