  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Premise:

• Offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

• Interns will be able to learn from local MY and global business POV, especially in retail operations.

• Reports to the Retail Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and ensuring that Avon Beauty Boutiques (ABB) and Avon Own Premises (AOP) are operating in a standardized manner following the Franchise Operations Manual, procedures, and standards set by HQ

2. Assist Avon Beauty Boutiques with inventory management & system accuracy

3. Assist in the management of DRM - inventory control & manage AP skills in managing inventory

4. Ensure the POS management for the boutique is fully operated and in compliance with HQ

5. Assist manager in liaising matters from Avon Beauty Boutiques/ Avon Own Premises in daily operational challenges/issues

Qualifications

1. Actively enrolled University/Diploma student who can work for at least 3 months.

2. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management or equivalent field will have an added advantage

3. Responsible, team player, adaptable to changes, and positive work attitude. Willingness and curiosity to learn and take on new challenges.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Malay

5. Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office program is an added advantage

6. Availability: Immediate

7. Allowance: RM1,000 per month

8. Location: Shah Alam (hybrid working 3 days @office / 2 days @home)
