Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, culture fit, and potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our recruitment efforts.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Alpro Pharmacy as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
