OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Store Operations Executive, you will assist to secure back of house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the best client experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Stock Management

  • Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging).
  • Mange the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience.
  • Oversee the Customer Order and Available orders to ensure no outstanding orders on CEGID
  • Ensure all Client Fulfilment and reservations are performed according to SOPs and dispersed to respective team members for timely follow ups.
  • Manage the store's Minimum Stock Target to ensure optimum stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of inventory movement documents.
  • Prepare, manage & execute accurate cycle counts and yearly stock take to avoid stock discrepancy.

Administration

  • Monitor store maintenance
  • Liaise with HR Administration and payroll on time sheets and other needed information.
  • Support the Store Management in creating the staff planning (workforce management) taking in consideration anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability
  • Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies etc.
  • Follow internal Audit guidelines
  • Organize archiving of all store documents bi-annually for storage at warehouse. - Sales Receipts, Transfer Notice, Supplier Receipts, Supplier Returns... etc.

Client Care

  • Manage all calls enquiries into the store including missed calls.
  • Respond promptly to all customer related emails or to forward them to the respective stakeholders.

General duties

  • Follow the Company's policies and procedures
  • Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objective of the store
  • According to store: support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt operations to Clients needs
  • Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
  • Daily update of BOH Whiteboard with latest KPIs and achievements.
