•Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts for manual testing based on project requirements.

•Requirements Review: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to understand system specifications and ensure test coverage for all functionalities.

•Test Case Management: Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases, ensuring full coverage of the system under test.

•Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and work with development teams to ensure prompt resolution.

•Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate that new features or bug fixes have not affected existing functionality.

•Functional & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct thorough functional and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and operates smoothly from the end-user perspective.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•Minimum of 4+ years in manual software testing, including experience with web and mobile applications.

•Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

•Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.

•Internet Banking and Mobile Banking experience are added advantage.

•Good exposure to different testing methodologies.

•Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

•Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and ensure comprehensive defect documentation.

•Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
