  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Our client, a leading global insurer is seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional for the role of HR Lead (Generalist). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Insurance industry, liaising with Group level stakeholders and business heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, manage HR processes and systems, and ensure day-to-day HR matters are handled effectively.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, and execute HR initiatives that support business goals.
  • Project Involvement: Actively participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • HR Reporting: Produce executive, management, standard, and ad-hoc reports using HR reporting tools. Proactively create reporting solutions to address specific business needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant Field with strong insurance knowledge.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources within Insurance, Banking or other Financial Institutions
  • Skills: Excellent communicator, structured, collaborative, independent, solutions-oriented, adaptable and strong business acumen.
