If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as E-Commerce Manager.

The Role:

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing and reporting.
  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategy with the objective to improve website performance.
  • Work with developers to improve website speed.
  • Collaborate with marketing team with the objective to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Re-Platforming website to new Content Management System to enhance mobile website capability.
  • Keep abreast with latest trends and technologies with regards to improving website performance.
  • Analyses various data to deliver data driven strategies.
  • Oversee all paid media sales and conversion.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels that include but not limited to Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), display, affiliates, email marketing and social media.
  • Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing and/or related.

  • Possess minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Familiar with attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to challenging environment.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
