Job description:

  • Greet and attend the walk in customers.
  • Ensure front desk / lobby area are tidy and clean.
  • Liaise with Sales Executive appointment and arrange time in and out.
  • Update car process status to WhatsApp group chat for daily appointment.
  • Update E-warranty before 6.00 pm daily.
  • Make sure QC is properly inspected by Indoor Sales Executive before vehicles are delivered to customer.
  • Collect payment.
  • Maintain effective workflow in the workplace.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/potential customers via texts, call or email to maintain customer database.
  • Do arrangement for all maintenance appointment and update every day into the group.
  • To ensure invoice, order and sales report deliver on timely manner.
  • To assist in any other task as and when required by Management.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Training will be provided.
  • Preferably candidates with good multi languages with proper verbal and written customer support skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive, and independent.
  • Ability to put closure on issues quickly and is results-driven.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess active communications skills.
  • Highly organized and attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
