As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the back and front of our offline store, and you are the heartbeat of our store. The typical role is not as straightforward as it seems, apart from selling; sales associates are also responsible for the stocking and related administrative duties. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Acknowledge and greet customers that are within a close (ten-foot) radius or ten seconds of arriving where the associate is working
  • Engage the customer in conversation and determine the customer’s needs
  • Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values, and benefits of each product
  • Suggestively sell additional items and services that the customer may not have anticipated they would need
  • Handle returns/complaints graciously and effectively.
  • Actively participate in all programs and procedures that drive sales
  • Correctly handle all registered transactions
  • Work with other store associates to achieve excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow through
  • Ensure the store is neat, clean, and organized throughout each business day
  • Receive and display product shipments on store retail shelves within 24 hours of delivery
  • Know where products are located within the store
  • Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing
  • Support inventory integrity by managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize inventory integrity
  • Support in-store replenishment and size integrity on the shop floor, and communicate sell-through concerns as necessary
  • Have a customer-first mindset when working with customers
  • Be an expert our products
  • Actively sell and style our products and offer fit advice

What is expected of you:

  • Must bend, reach, and stretch for the product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 15kg – 20kg
  • Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must regularly move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers

Job Type: Full-time
