Intern (Account/Finance)

Job Description:

• Issuing Invoices and Preparing Letters: You'll be responsible for issuing invoices and preparing letters for various parties, ensuring smooth communication.
• Data Entry: Accurate data entry into our accounting system is crucial to maintain financial records.
• Account Payables: You'll be involved in the reconciliation of account payables and preparing payments.
• Documentation: Maintaining proper documentation and a systematic filing system for our day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Invoice Management: Checking invoices and ensuring that outstanding invoices are followed up on time.
• Communication: You'll liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers, gaining valuable communication skills.

Job Requirements:
