Role Purpose:

To develop, implement and refine Setel’s strategic direction through market analysis, internal company analysis and portfolio management to facilitate value-based decision making. The role also involves oversight and coaching business and project leads to align with the company’s key strategies

In This Role You Will:

Develop and refine Setel’s strategic direction and growth trajectory

• Lead market studies, competitor analysis/benchmarking
• Lead evaluation on business development opportunities, strategic ventures
• Identification of new business opportunities
  
  

Facilitate incubation and development of MVPs

• Managing portfolio of opportunities
• Lead business case development and analysis
• Coaching project teams in MVP incubation
  
  

Coordinate strategy and portfolio discussions with Management

• Coordinate periodic or ad-hoc updates and discussions with Management
• Prepare discussion material and analysis
  
  

Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.

Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience in strategy development and execution, preferably in the digital or fintech space
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business case development
• Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic ventures, and partnerships
• Experience in leading or supporting the incubation and development of MVPs, using agile and lean methodologies
• Ability to manage a portfolio of opportunities and prioritize based on strategic alignment and business impact
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver discussion material and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and teams
• Ability to coach and mentor project teams in MVP incubation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
