Responsibilities

  • Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese.
  • Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Signing bonus
