Specialist 1 - Operational Excellence

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently input data into designated systems and databases, including SAP.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.
• Conduct regular data audits and quality checks.
• Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources, including SAP.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Prepare clear and concise data reports and visualizations.
• Create and maintain standard SAP reports.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with SAP key users to understand reporting requirements.
• Support system improvement initiatives by identifying potential areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of system improvement plans.
• Document and communicate system changes effectively.
• Assist in the amendment of training materials.
• Participate in employee engagement programs and activities.
• Provide administrative support for training and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and reporting functionalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
