  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Premise:

  • Offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.
  • Interns will have the opportunity to learn from both local MY Global business POV, especially in the campaign planning team
  • Reports to Team Lead, Campaign Planning & Communications

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist campaign planner in planning monthly brochure/ supplementary in the following manners: (weekly/monthly)Prepare briefing deck for internal meeting /briefing agency
  2. Rearrange monthly pagination for all categories before/ after the brief in the system
  3. Encode promotion listing into the system
  4. Assist in checking through a few key stages on pricing/ description and counter-correct measurement in the system
  5. Run monthly reports from various planning tool systems and cross-check the accuracy
  6. Final stage check on brochure mockup prior to printing
  7. Submission to ministry on short-term promotion planning, new product launches, and price increase

Qualifications

  1. Actively enrolled University/Diploma student who can work for at least 3 months.
  2. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management or equivalent field will have an added advantage
  3. Responsible, team player, adaptable to changes, and positive work attitude. Willingness and curiosity to learn and take on new challenges.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Malay
  5. Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office program is added advantage
  6. Availability: Immediate
  7. Allowance: RM1,000 per month

Location: Shah Alam (hybrid working 3 days @office / 2 days @home)
