Responsibilities Include

  • Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products
  • Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Keep current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues
  • Study equipment performance and reliability
  • Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
  • Define and write preventative maintenance schedules

  • Batu Berendam, Melaka

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (IE), Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related field to engineering/semiconductor
  • Cumulative GPA 3.2 or higher
  • Fresh graduates with 0 - 2 years of working experience
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
