Procurement Executive (5 Working Days)

Your Roles .

• Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery dates.
• Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance.
• Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.
• Review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.
• Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

We're looking for someone with .

• Degree and above.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated,multi tasks, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Required languages (s); English (basis), Mandarin (compulsory).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time
