Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics software).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and market data to identify trends and forecast demand for various products.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock.
Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to align demand planning with promotional activities and new product launches.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and inventory management practices.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning.
