Position Overview: We're on the hunt for a bold and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on pushing the envelope and bringing fresh, impactful designs to life. As a Creative Designer, you'll collaborate with our brand, marketing, production and product development teams to create visually engaging content that resonates with our audience and sets our brand apart.

Responsibilities:

• Team up with brand, marketing, and product development teams to grasp project goals and craft visually stunning designs.
• Design a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
• Conceptualization: Conceptualize and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• User experience : Contribute to the design and improvement of UX across all digital platforms.
• Leverage AI and the latest design tools to enhance creativity and streamline your workflow.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Develop and present design concepts and prototypes, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect your work.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our designs innovative and relevant.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, especially in the Brand/E-commerce industry, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment and take risks.
• Knowledge of current design trends and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
