  • Design Consultation & Presentation:
  • Collaborate with interior designers to understand the firmâs offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize resources to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
