- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and address any performance issues.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
- Design Consultation & Presentation:
- Collaborate with interior designers to understand the firmâs offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and potential business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor expenses and optimize resources to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
