Responsibilities:
Corporate Mental Health Program Development:
- Design and lead corporate mental health programs tailored to the needs of various organizations.
- Utilize psychological and counseling expertise to ensure programs have a lasting impact on corporate clients, fostering a healthier workplace environment.
- Evaluate corporate clients' specific mental health and team-building needs to create customized programs that align with their goals
Team-Building Facilitation:
- Plan and facilitate engaging team-building activities that promote mental wellness, resilience, and team cohesion.
- Lead large groups through activities designed to improve communication, reduce stress, and enhance collaboration within corporate teams.
- Provide feedback and follow-up support to help participants integrate learnings from team-building sessions into their everyday work.
Public and Group Program Delivery:
- Conduct mental health awareness workshops and group sessions that address common workplace mental health challenges.
- Leverage experience in delivering public programs to engage diverse groups and encourage active participation.
- Create a supportive group environment where participants feel comfortable sharing and exploring mental health topics.
Psychological Assessment and Impact Evaluation:
- Assess the mental wellness of program participants through observations and diagnostic tools.
- Use evidence-based practices to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and team-building activities, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Provide post-program reports that outline progress, areas for improvement, and recommendations for continued mental wellness support.
Crisis Intervention and Support:
- Offer immediate support during programs for participants experiencing mental health crises, with appropriate referrals to external resources as needed.
- Collaborate with emergency services when necessary to ensure participant safety.
Collaboration and Referrals:
- Work closely with HR teams, corporate leaders, and other stakeholders to align programs with organizational objectives.
- Provide referrals to mental health specialists or support services for individuals needing additional assistance beyond program activities.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant feedback, and impact assessments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation that reflect the program’s impact on participant well-being and team dynamics.
Educational Workshops and Mental Health Advocacy:
- Lead educational sessions on mental health, wellness strategies, and stress management tailored to corporate settings.
- Advocate for mental health awareness within organizations, promoting a culture that supports psychological well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed mental health counselor, psychologist, or related qualification.
- Certified Trainer (TTT) with experience in delivering public or corporate programs.
- Proven experience in conducting team-building sessions, group counseling, or public mental health programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage large groups effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
