  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Repair Technician to install, examine, test, and repair computer hardware and peripheral components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, performing system upgrades, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally. The role requires expertise in identifying hardware malfunctions and replacing damaged parts to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripheral devices such as printers, monitors, and keyboards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions using diagnostic tools, software, and manual testing.
Replace damaged or faulty components and parts to restore system functionality.
Perform hardware upgrades, such as increasing storage capacity or memory, to enhance system performance.
Ensure proper functioning of computers and peripheral devices after installation or repair.
Provide on-site service and support to clients as needed.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and hardware replacements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer hardware and repair techniques.
Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless hardware integration and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
