Assist with food preparation and cooking with hot kitchen team.
Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef.
Prioritise health, safety and food hygiene by cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipments, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
Ensure that customer orders are prepared in a timely manner.
Be prepared for extended working hours.
Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

*Other duties assigned by Manager.

Kitchen Crew Requirements:-

Must be a Malaysian or holding Permanent Resident in Malaysia.
Dedicated Kitchen Staff with minimum 1-2 years of working experiences as a Kitchen Helper (Preferred).
High school, Diploma or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with passion in baking or pastry and positive attitude will be considered.
Must possess own transport.
Able to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (advanced/intermediate).
Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
