  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Utility Technician / Boilerman:

Responsibilities:

· Adopt and enforce safety rules and procedures

· Maintain records, logs, water analysis reports

· Routine check on the boiler, firing flame pattern gauge glass flushing, burner gun cleaning. Strainer cleaning

· Initiate work order when necessary

· Boiler water sampling and analysis to adjust chemical usage

· Ensure continuous steam supply in plant operation & critical time during interruption of steam demand. Boilerman is expected to react promptly to prevent plant shut down

· Coordinate between CCR Boardman and field operation

· To generate SOP for start-up and shutdown of boilers and related equipment’s

· Monitor boiler chemicals inventory and place order timely

· To prepare boiler and related equipment for maintenance or DOSH inspection annually

· Operates steam turbine generator as required as per steam engineer or SS instruction

· Routine maintenance for package boilers such as clean the oil gun, strainers, etc.

· Routine check on other utilities equipment such as softener, fire water pups, etc.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

· 2 -10 years experience in process operation & maintenance of boiler

· Possess Boiler Certificate Grade 1 / 2

· Pleasant personality & a team player

· Experienced and hands on Technician on utility are encourage to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
