Job Description: Desktop IT Support

  • Responsible for deskside tier 1 and tier 2 IT support in all local offices
  • Work with backend infrastructure team on project implementation.
  • OS/Applications (Include patches) deployment.
  • Working with IT security team on patch management.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, license keeper and maintenance arrangement.
  • Provide guidelines and assistance to users on selection of IT products and solutions.
  • Monitoring the closure of Incident and Service Request ticket.
  • Knowledge sharing with Helpdesk team.
  • Perform the tasks assigned by IT Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager.
