Job Description: Desktop IT Support
- Responsible for deskside tier 1 and tier 2 IT support in all local offices
- Work with backend infrastructure team on project implementation.
- OS/Applications (Include patches) deployment.
- Working with IT security team on patch management.
- Manage IT asset inventory, license keeper and maintenance arrangement.
- Provide guidelines and assistance to users on selection of IT products and solutions.
- Monitoring the closure of Incident and Service Request ticket.
- Knowledge sharing with Helpdesk team.
- Perform the tasks assigned by IT Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager.
