Our products are sold across more than 10,000 retail stores and direct-to-consumer online. We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our team and work with us to drive brand awareness, reach, engagement and sales revenue through affiliate marketing and other social media platform in alignment with the company’s growth targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to achieve sales and brand KPIs.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, onboard and manage relationships with high-performing affiliate/creator accounts and partnerships on social media channels.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, sponsors to increase brand awareness
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing or influencer marketing campaigns, including budget management.
  • ROI Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, focusing on total reach and other key performance metrics. Generate regular reports to demonstrate the performance of affiliate campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Grow our social media reach, brand awareness, and shopper traffic through ideation and creation of highly engaging and memorable brand & product video/static content on key social platforms

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role
  • Good Comprehension of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organisation skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal, copywriter, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently
