Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and recommendations based on candidate evaluations.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min 1 year) in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and implement improvements.
