POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
To support in implementing, maintaining, and improving of the SEA IG Integrated Management System, and implementing quality & food safety program as per agreed between Air Products in SEA IG Organization and customers.
Nature and scope
The incumbent is the Quality Engineer in the company and reports directly to the Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager.
The incumbent has the main responsibility to support Kulim for any of their Internal & External audits, Customer survey/ questionnaires, Customer complaints, Document control, MOC administration and SQC reports/data submission.
The incumbent has also the responsibilities in implementation, maintaining, and enhancement of Air Products Integrated Management Systems for SEA organization to meet business needs, customers’ expectation, QMS ISO 9001 standard requirements and other ISO standard requirements. This includes coordinating to obtain ISO certifications for site/plant based on business needs, scheduling and carrying out internal quality audits, managing 3rd party certification audit, coordinating customer audits and customer survey/audit questionnaires, handling complaints related to product quality issues, generating SPC/SQC charts or reports as per requested internally/externally, carrying out quality related training, supporting in coordinating to address & resolve any quality related issues and supporting product sourcing team in supplier audit.
Additionally, the incumbent is assigned the role as Document Control Coordinator and EMOC Facilitator for SEA Organization.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education to degree level or equivalent
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management or Integrated Management System. Working experience in Electronics/Semi-Con company QA department is preferred.
Well verse of ISO 9001 standard requirements.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 standard requirements are also preferred.
Experienced in performing IQA (Internal quality audit) is required.
Good time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
Self-motivated initiative in abundance.
Strong work ethic and commitment.
Knowledge of SPC/SQC is required.
Good problem-solving skills, along with an ability to apply the problem-solving skills to real work problem.
Good in MS Office Tool (Excel, Word, Power points) are required
Willing to travel within SEA
