- Drive RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, specifying technical requirements, sourcing solutions, evaluation, selection and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and external core banking vendors.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Ensure the successful migration of core banking applications.
- Report on the project’s progress to executive management.
