Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Sellers
  • Resolve seller-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders.
  • Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth.
  • Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
  • Educating Sellers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
  • Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and the stock availability of Sellers in the category
  • Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (eg: 9.9/11.11)
  • Working closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Sellers

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantaged. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills (strong experience with Excel analysis necessary)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Excellent team player with an aptitude for sales, and a drive to always deliver on KPIs
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders
