  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Social Media Manager is responsible for the followings:-

  • Developing and implementing social media strategy in line with business goals.
  • Creating and managing content calendars to schedule posts across various platforms.
  • Monitoring online conversations, tags, trending topics and sentiment related to a brand.
  • Engaging with users, customers and followers to build online community and brand loyalty.
  • Working with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media

campaigns.

  • Collaborating with F&B, Rooms and Sales teams to ensure alignment between social

media and broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising or digital marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in an international chain hotel with similar capacity.
  • Continuously improve skills in social media marketing, content creation, analytics and

community management.
