  • Perform day-to-day account receivable financial transactions i.e issue invoices and credit notes;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders or customers for any changes requested on invoicing;
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly recorded in QuickBook accounting system;
  • Check and verify the Insertion Order and Sale Order.
  • Update the sales report and costing reports;
  • Perform monthly manual upload, or key in, invoices into customers' accounts invoicing portals, or supplier portals;
  • Update payment received in bank book and accounting system, ensuring no receipts are left unallocated at month end and co-operate with credit controller and peers for unidentified receipts;
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues and request;
  • Assists in month end and year end account receivable closing;
  • Maintain an organise filing/scanning of payment advices and supporting documents;
  • Render support during interim and final audit;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
